MRP starts project of 400 mdd in Guanajuato

Grupo Mexico Retail Properties (MRP) will build the largest commercial center of the Mexican Bajío in the city of León, Guanajuato. According to Forbes, the project will be developed in three phases and will include a shopping and entertainment center, the first corporate tower in the area, two hotels, two apartment towers, a park, green areas and a lake. And restaurants like Cervecería de Barrio, Cafezzito, La Tablita, to mention a few. The Governor emphasized that City Park is a project of Mexican investors, which in its construction phase will generate 3,000 jobs between direct and indirect, and once it is already in operation will give work to 7 thousand people. The complex is on Boulevard José María Morelos (Periférico) on Avenida López Mateos north of Leon, Guanajuato.
