MRP was founded in 2003 by Black Creek and Mexican partners.  We are focused on investment, development, acquisition, and operation of real estate projects.  We are leaders in evaluation, planning, financing, structuring, venue acquisition, construction, marketing, and execution of all required transactions to develop and operate real estate projects in our country.

As of this date, MRP´s portfolio consists of real estate assets in different fields such as: shopping malls, offices, mixed uses, hotels, and industrial issues which makes us one of the biggest administrative platforms in Mexico, raising funds with 5 real estate funds; the two last ones with AFORES capital by means of CKD´s (Certificates of Capital Development).
